      Most of the front end staff are friendly, free membership

      Cons

      Management is horrible. People are overworked and underappreciated. You get paid minimum wage even though you easily have one of the hardest jobs in the association. Management is always trying to micromanage what you are doing and treats you like you are incompetent.

      Wonderful Benefits and Retirement Package for FT employees Great Community Connection & Networking Opportunity Great Organization to Transfer with to Other Y's across the Nation

      Cons

      Each center has it's own tone, so do your research before applying for just any center. Pay could be better, given the size of the organization
