Expats treated better because theyre from the same Asian region. Americans will be looked down on and constantly written up for minute things like a poorly written email or running 5 minutes
Extreme Micromanaging. Must CC management on every email and if it's not written the way they want it, you will be written up. You will receive the cold shoulder and extra work if you take a sick day. Hipa laws will be broken. They will ask why did you call out sick. Chinese and Japanese spoken in the office and they do talk about you behind your back. The global marketing team is horendous, Not the American workers.
