      Gezellig team, veel variatie in de functie, afwisseling tussen kantoortijden en events/beurzen waar je aanwezig mag zijn. Zelf veel vrijheid om samenwerkingen op te zetten met verenigingen en scholen. Wordt gemotiveerd met doelstellingen en kleine bonus aan het einde van het jaar.

      Cons

      Weinig doorgroei mogelijkheden, je zou recruiter kunnen worden bij YER maar dat is wel een ander soort functie. Wel kan je meer verdienen als recruiter. Geen pensioenopbouw

      Uncapped commission with accelerators = unusually high income potential for top contributors. Total freedom to run your own portfolio, negotiate your client terms, work remotely and travel at your discretion. Exceptional medical benefits and work-life balance. No nonsense, low red-tape culture. Flat org structure with quick decision making and direct open communication. This place is great for competitive sales professionals, who thrive in an independent self-starting. Great support from back office team.

      This place is not suitable for people who are less independent and need teams around them.
