Ok company lots of work and nice office

Hard to implement new ideas for customer improvement

This family run business seems to genuinely care about employees, hosts great parties, company picnics, offers Christmas bonus

Not much room for advancement, management completely unprofessional, low pay, I believe that the management plays favoritism, and undervalues long term employees whom have shown commitment to the company.
