Pros
The Xumak culture it's just great! I think that teamwork is an important thing and during I've been working at Xumak that is one of the main things that I've learned. The other thing about Xumak is that they care about their employees and that is something that I appreciate.
Cons
I think that it is difficult to define a career path and It seems to me that there is no an official way to measure the skills of the employees.
