      Incredibly flexible. Work life balance is second to none. great Leadership and motivation.

      Cons

      Account Executives start out on a 100% commission based pay. Can be good but It is hard to get the ball rolling when cold calling and door knocking. Not ideal if you want a steady pay check.

      Literally everything else. Every person of value gets laid off at this company. They do not care about their employees whatsoever, all they care about is the bottom line.
