Pros

get yelled at, live with fear of getting fired, doubts every moment. Its like you are in jail. when you such an environment, you feel like a criminal and lose self respect! I'd like to see how many of these new hires with so called positive reviews survive here. I was with them for SEVERAL years. Thought things would change and as there was no opportunity in Visak, India had to stay on. The US office, CEO's, Managers all made big promises but!!!

Cons

E V E R Y T H I N G!

Pros

Supportive and collegial environment. The Upper management is involved and engaged. Entrepreneurial outlook is richly rewarded and encouraged. As a female Sales Director, I was respected and provided ample flexibility to deal with family issues. A very understanding management as long as results are provided. I left due to family issues and the management was very supportive and accommodating with the exit. As a senior member, I was encouraged to provide training and coaching to other team members. A lot of focus on providing tools to employees. I am appalled and honestly offended by a review posted by a 'former colleague' wherein her incompetence led to her termination. I find it personally offending that she is labeling all female sales leads in a negative light. I was accompanied to sales meetings initially by upper management, but after a few initial such meetings, I worked for 12 months without much involvement by upper management, unless requested. I do know that employees who were found working at TJ Max instead of being on sales calls, were asked to provide meeting logistics and details.

Cons

The company needs to be more selective is rooting out the negative team members and be better in hiring a well-balanced group. Better controls are needed to ensure everyone is contributing equally
