Pros
You don't have to clock in or check in on a daily basis. No productivity measurement. This company is so far behind with technology and transparency it's such an easy environment to work in. there is almost no accountability needed.
Cons
The culture from the top down in this company is toxic. There is no vision or direction from the senior leadership team, the CEO and the COO are like Laurel and Hardy, even they don't know what they are doing. These HOD wouldn't be enoloyable in the real world. The COO is a busy fool a glorified warehouse manager who most of the time acts a delivery man or a facilities Manager. This company is corrupt from the top down from paying people cash in hand, to paying customers extortionate incentives. These fools really believe they are on par with L'Oreal. People in this company can just about use email and a phone. The majority of the staff are paid peanuts, there is no personal development or progression in this company. The most toxic environment I have ever seen. The company is operating like companies operated 20yrs ago, totally in the dark and without all of the money they get from Alfaparf this would be a disfunctional business.
