Pros
The best part of working at Xonicwave is that you are given autonomy, the freedom to do things without a large amount supervision, and you can work from home often when you're not on a large project. Since it's a consulting firm, you're working somewhere different every day on a week rotation. The clients are generally pretty cool, but the distrust and disconnect because you are an outsider is fairly difficult to overcome.
Cons
Management is extremely hot tempered. Prepared to be yelled at every day. The flip side is that management is also extremely accurate. It gives me a little comfort to know that I have that much experience backing me and looking out for the long term, but the yelling gets tiring. Also, the pay sucks. It's not the fault of management, the savings are passed to the client, which is the whole idea of the business model. You can recover that with referral fees for bringing on new clients, but that's not an easy feat, especially when you're focused so heavily on tech support.
