      - Hectic work environment. - Rude, egoist, and abusive co-workers and management. Having no sense to talk to their colleagues and motivating juniors. - No work life/balance always in a hurry of deployments and will always make developers and QAs run to complete their tasks with non-sense timelines. - No proper process and quality is managed. - Not good for learning in terms of client communication, DevOps tools, and good technology which will be helpful for a developer's career. You will just do CRUD forever. - No increments will be provided. - Will make a bond with you for 1-2 years and will exploit you for this time frame. - Last con is that this company is not worth even 1 star.

      * Supportive and cooperative team members * Fast-paced environment that offers exposure to production issues and deployments * Good learning opportunities due to hands-on involvement

      * High workload with multiple priority tasks often assigned on the same day * Frequent production issues and regular deployments can extend working hours * Very strict login and logout timings with limited flexibility * Leave policy lacks flexibility and could be improved * Employee recognition beyond task delivery can be enhanced

      They give oppurtunities for freshers. Xomic has enough project as being a startup Decent salary

      Cons

      One of the team lead was toxic to me am not exposing his name They will ask us to sit over time in most cases I sense a partiality from the management towards BA, and the developers were not valued as much considering the efforts they are putting in.
