Pros

Cool AI Tech (At Least on Paper) – The company works on AI for ad optimization, which is interesting if you’re into that kind of thing. Fast-Growing Industry – Amazon Ads is booming, so you’ll get exposure to a lot of trends in e-commerce and digital marketing. Some Really Smart People – There are a few solid teammates who actually know their stuff, and you can learn a lot from them. Hands-On With High-Level Ad Strategies – You get to mess around with advanced ad tools and strategies that big brands use. Decent Learning Opportunities – If you take the initiative (because no one’s going to hand you anything), you can gain useful experience in the Amazon Ads space.

Cons

Clueless Leadership & No Real Direction – The CEO seems more focused on his LinkedIn presence and PR and doesn't seem to know how to actually run a product company. There’s no real vision, just constant pivots and instability. AI That’s More Hype Than Reality – They market their AI like it’s revolutionary, but in reality, it barely works without a ton of manual fixing. Worst Name Change Ever – Xmars had to rebrand to Xnurta because of a lawsuit, and the new name is awful. Nobody likes it, and it has zero recognition in the industry. Way Too Much Competition – The Amazon Ads space is getting flooded with way smarter, better-funded AI tools that are eating up market share. Amazon is the Real Boss Here – Amazon is building its own tools that will basically make Xnurta obsolete, and leadership has no real plan to deal with it. Out of Touch Leadership – Some of the key decisions happen in China and the CEO seems ot just know services, so leadership doesn’t really get the U.S. tech market or what employees here actually need.
