      The CEO will listen to what you have to say but he will not act upon it.

      Cons

      The manager will start insulting you in from of other employees if you put down your papers. The manager asks the HR to hire girls so that he can go and drop them to their place. He's a pervert with all the stupid jokes. The top level management is from the same state and they will promote employee from their same state.
