Very stagnant career and salary progression - Design Engineer Xinyx Semiconductor Employee Review

Too much “extra curricular” activities. Does not really care about employee well-being. Even when you’re burnt out, best they can offer is pizza party. No good appraisal or merit to your efforts. Career-wise, you would easily plateau in a year or two. No real career trajectory beyond this. Very low appraisal (2% at best per year) and very slow promotion (more than 2-3 years if you’re not a “friend” of the management). Favors yes-men, doesn’t like the status quo to be challenged.
