      Directors are helpful and nice

      Cons

      Delayed and low pay salary, no benefits, no compensation for the delay, projects are not consistents , sometimes it takes Months where there is no project.

      The training was decent. You get to learn all the necessary skills for animation at a studio.

      Cons

      Work is unpredictable sometimes, and shifts aren't set.
