Pleasant work environment, good benefits, great work-life balance. Opportunities to advance and grow professionally. Challenging and interesting projects to work on.
Cons
Occasional lack of focus on projects. Project planning sometimes results in deadlines piling on one another but this is the exception. Not really much negative here at all.
