      Boss is a kind person. He will award you for your hard work.

      Although he’s kind, he’s also tough. You have to be able to prove yourself that you are high value, then he will appreciate it

      working hour is good, pantry full with food, officemate fun

      Cons

      boss always micromanage the project, intern ask to do most of the work. dont want to hire real developer but take many intern, i guess for cheap labour.
