The private equity sponsor brings deep experience from non-technology sectors, but little track record in scaling complex, global IT services businesses—visible in weak governance, strategic drift, and inconsistent execution. The departure of many founders, including the original founder stepping away entirely, has coincided with a rapid loss of ownership mindset, long-term continuity, and the entrepreneurial drive that originally differentiated the firm.
