Thanks for your favourable feedback and we have also made a note of your need to have more flexible working options. This year based on our employee's feedback we revised our leave and working hours policy and introduced unlimited WFH keeping in view that it is aligned with the project team, rather than a fixed timing to start and end we introduce flexible time with a certain hours requirement in a week. All these initiatives were embraced by our employees with sheer delight and we have seen a good and justifiable use of the policy. Feel free to refer to the same and get in touch with the HR team should you need any clarity. We shall continue to create employee friendly polices towards a Great Place To Work

Pros

Some genuinely strong talent across parts of the organization, particularly at the delivery and individual contributor level. Entrepreneurial energy exists in pockets of the business, especially within acquired teams.

Cons

Lack of decisive leadership at the top, an underpowered board with limited global technology experience, and a culture that too often favors proximity to leadership over measurable performance. The private equity sponsor brings deep experience from non-technology sectors, but little track record in scaling complex, global IT services businesses—visible in weak governance, strategic drift, and inconsistent execution. The departure of many founders, including the original founder stepping away entirely, has coincided with a rapid loss of ownership mindset, long-term continuity, and the entrepreneurial drive that originally differentiated the firm.
