I was involved in a major go live and we are currently reaching steady state I wanted to personally respond to you. I am glad that you got the opportunity to express yourself freely on a public platform. Anytime a dissatisfaction is seen due lack of alignment in expectations or simply not understanding what the tasks are. You mentioned that we don’t know how technology is changing. We are on top of everything as far as we are concerned, clients and Microsoft is concerned otherwise we don’t get to be part of the ecosystem. It is mandatory to be on top of technology changes for our company. Not much choice for us here. Interesting about who was not given full wage. Please contact us as very recently all former employees got their W2 never mentioned this point. The utilization is for only bonus calculation. Anyone who was in delivery and fully utilized has gotten over 20% in bonus. If someone is telling you otherwise have them reach out to me.
