using foreign tactics on local market and being arrogant about it constantly looking for trendy tricks trying to impress the market but failed to understand locals' mind care nothing about the students after taking their money they take pride in their products and marketing but it's winning just because the competitors are even worse every change they did to the courses only make them worse they would do anything just to cut cost staff turnover rate is high implying business outlook is bad
