Kind of cool projects, some other employees were the highlight of my work week, facilities were decent, some fun work-activities, pay was decent enough

Incredibly petty work management mindset (if these counter reviews from senior level staff are to show enough evidence, they spend more time trying to put others down rather than focusing on improving the legitimate negative feedback they receive). The turn around from requested new projects to current projects were so inconsistent and sales were absolutely incompetent, only prioritising saying "Yes!" to prospective clients rather than forming some sort of organised flow that helped with work-flow processing, from design level to developers. They only prioritise Marketing, and care more about making money, getting results, than establishing a healthy/quality work-in and work-out balance.
