      Pros

      Fun atmosphere. Lots of events for staff. Great break room.

      Cons

      Business was booming for a long time, then it stopped. Layoffs happened several times. I dodged two bullets then the third one got me. Layoffs continued after I left the company.

      The culture was awesome! The Executive Team really worked hard to make XANGO unique and a great place to work. They always had the employees in mind when they were making decisions.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there were many layoffs during my time at XANGO.
