Senior management will make the company out to be the greatest software since Salesforce. There is no marketing support for sales reps who are under constant pressure and scrutiny. Account Executives are under paid for the work expected out of them. Micro management is their style and if you respectfully disagree with a team lead they will turn on you and throw you under the buss to make up for their lack of vision and execution. It is a very political culture as well in that if you are not a relative or a buddy of senior management you are going nowhere fast. They really expect you to dedicate your life to the company...half the time the software doesn't even work and implementation team is a mess. Culture is their thing but I will tell you that 90% of my colleagues hated their jobs.
