Pros
This truly could be be an absolute 'Gem' of a place to work for as the very diverse nature of the Charter flying was both stimulating and rewarding as a pilot. Jump seat privileges, however, no really family or buddy passes since one never really flew a consistent route. Great team 'spirit' when with the crew to get the job done right despite management constantly trying to derail you. A great place to gain experience and be around a B737 albeit the older generation [This is changing with the take-over with a few NG 800 series aircraft]
Cons
Poor management decisions lead to big financial implications which affected everyone's quality of life. There were numerous pay cuts over my time to correct for the poor decision making, but to their credit every pay check went through. Poor scheduling with a lot of errors, where the onus is on you. With management you are either their 'blue eyed prodigal child' or the 'rebellious step child' depending upon what and how you cross their path. At the time I was there, low pay and very tough to make ends meet.
