Pros
Before ExxonMobil was involved, it was great everyone helped each other. The meetings were actually helpful. We had clearly defined objectives and everyone was willing to do their part to help.
Cons
ExxonMobil began to take an active interest in what XTO was doing and it went downhill fast. I have never been in more useless meetings in my life. We changed bossed it seemed every 4 months and would have to start over with more meetings. Everyone I know that worked that project left.
