      Pros

      Remote, employees are dedicated, interesting work

      Cons

      Management switches focus so quickly you never really know what you will be doing next. When they switch gears they let everyone go and start over. They act like they value employees but give no regard to them when they decide to switch focus.

      I believe this company has a great business model and will be around for a long time, they have definitely cornered the market on Telehealth!

      Flexibility to work from home Great innovative technology Wonderful, caring therapists

      Cons

      Upper management not therapists Not run like a therapy clinic, no clue how to properly hire for caseloads/ too many therapists, not enough clients which led to major lay offs shortly after being hired and trained
