Pros

- There are always opportunities to move around within the company if your job doesn't fit with your style. - There are some really great people who work there. - Lots of little perks like random days off, being allowed to leave early before holidays, options to telecommute, fun days like free movie days.

Cons

- There is sometimes somewhat of an adversarial attitude between departments. - Some of the managers can be unnecessarily negative and can spread a tense feeling throughout the office by their mere presence. - It can be hard to concentrate in a cubicle farm. Noise from people just doing their jobs carries from across the room. - The information systems are horrible, it is like trying to get water from a stone to get usable information out of some of the systems, often dealing with millions of dollars of revenue. - Management doesn't always listen to its analysts, who often have their ear to the ground and are immersed in the information they are supposed to be making their decisions on. - Management is often quick to pass the blame on when the consequences of their decisions turn negative, or even get the expected results, but expectations have shifted. - Computers are archaic, I don't know how they expect me to be an analyst with a computer that barely works and they have supposedly been upgrading the laptops for nearly a year and I have barely seen any evidence of it.

Pros

The people that actually do the work.

Cons

Unless your in management you are not going to get anything from this company. There is nothing ethical in their business practices from senior managers up. Directors that are clueless about what you do, but want to change things, to make themselves look good. Their changes are useless for the business. Corrupt business practices, all contest are won by managers and above. oh wait they will give anyone below a $20.00 gift card. They do not have any interest in their employee base, besides screwing them over. The HR department is corrupt as they come, their directors are micro management happy. Management changes every three months, they have departments grouped together incorrectly. If any more Rif's happen it needs to be cleaning out the inept upper management and their buddies.
