CPC's (progress reviews) copy and paste everything from year to year - "we'll look into it" but the company isn't making money to pay for your training and you will need to pay us once you leave. Salary - Unpaid - slave like working, no increments, "company makes millions but we aren't gonna pay you" and we shall undercut your salary to benefit ourselves.
