Management and workers have a good team environment overall but...

Some months have too many temp workers in production. Unreliable people don't show up for their shift or come late. Not too much room for promotion or fast growth.

Mostly friendly people. Decent pay, benefits.

Equipment breakdowns because they're too focused on bottom line to upgrade equipment unless it pays for itself within 5 years.
