If you’re thinking of joining this company, let me save you the trouble: don’t. Management, particularly the so-called “Director” Hervé, runs the place like a petty fiefdom, and if you’re not in his personal circle, you’re treated like a disposable paper cup. I was fired without cause, even after providing a medical certificate from a doctor. Apparently, even health issues are just an excuse for them to get rid of people they don’t like. I tried to sort it out professionally via email with Hervé, but he was consistently obnoxious and borderline racist in his remarks and behavior. Zero empathy, zero professionalism. The final straw was being denied my own parking spot (which, by the way, they make a huge deal about) because… who knows? It seems to be a hobby there: making life miserable for employees. Emails back and forth went nowhere, as management simply refused to listen. If you’re looking for a place that values respect, fairness, or even basic human decency — this isn’t it. Save your energy and dignity. Run, don’t walk, away from this toxic mess.
