Pros

Decent freedom to do the job. Car, benefits, pension. If you sell here you can make it anywhere.

Cons

Constant price changes, diminished commissions, territory cuts, and new divisions. Fear of success and overachievement. Management chosen on ability to follow as opposed to lead. Constant staff turnover.

Pros

Great size company. Not too big to be overly corporate but not too small to grow your career. However for higher management positions they seem like they hire outside the organization a lot.

Cons

Wurth was great for a long time but had poor performance and it seemed like there was a over correction to drive employees to success (flexibility removed, bonuses removed). Felt like a punishment. Many people left.
