Cons

All of it. Crappy United HealthCare in USA. Wholly broken BESS hardware and GEMS software SDLC. Hardware engineering incompetence. Incompetent and unethical from Finland, US, other global leadership to staff. Worst hardware engineering I've ever encountered. First AutoDesk and now PTC Creo. Incoherent if broken product, program, and project management. The BESS hardware is slap dash in some ways and overly durable and expensive elsewhere. They constantly play catchup to early and much more successful BESS makers as they are a decade late in some innovations. Much engineering and operations festering and churning with ever less quality end to end. Operations are terrible, THE WORST. Pay is slightly higher than average and you get remote / hybrid yet the tools and hardware are terrible. Leadership makes mistakes again and again and when they do, they apply their regrets onto employees. The internal propaganda from Helsinki to Houston and Herndon executives is putrefaction, like the external propaganda, I mean website, and marketing / sales. Severely DEI, woke, neoliberal garbage is unending. Wholly avoid. Wärtsilä executives want to rid themselves of Wärtsilä Energy Storage soonest with so many energy storage companies failing, and a few succeeding amazingly, it can't sell the subsidiary. So now it is a face-saving nonsense with ever more layoffs. And the global utilities that buy the Quantum hardware with GEMS systems are taking grim notice. Those in Europa have no work ethic so much of what little gets done is usually the overworked Americans. I've heard in the innumerable Teams meetings how the Europeans in Finland make fun of the American work ethic.
