Pros
Good benefits, hands-on team leaders who care about professional development.
Cons
Upper management seemed increasingly disconnected from the workforce, with limited communication and little evidence of concern for employee well-being. Over the past several years, raises were minimal or nonexistent, despite increasing workloads and rising expectations. Layoffs and restructuring became a regular occurrence, creating a constant sense of instability and uncertainty.
While my coworkers were fantastic and dedicated, the lack of support from leadership ultimately made it difficult to feel valued or secure in my role. I hope the company takes steps to address these issues and better prioritize its employees in the future.
