Pros

A nice team atmosphere at shop floor level. As a growing company plenty of learning opportunities. Good facilities in the office.

Cons

Wyless has always had its problems but the new management are really dragging it down. No benefits to speak of and HR intent on making a poor working environment for all. In my many years of service I've never seen morale so low. Office location is not great and the scheduled move has now been shelved.

Pros

Of the 5 technology companies I have worked for over my 16 year career in the Wireless and Mobile industry, Wyless is currently tied for first place. This is a cutting-edge technology firm with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the in the M2M/IoT realm. Wyless employs some of the most talented Wireless professionals I have ever worked beside. The company has built up an incredible ecosystem of carrier partners, solution providers, hardware manufacturers, software companies, consulting firms, certification labs, and other strategic relationships which benefit the company, our employees and our clients. Rarely a day passes where I don’t learn something new and valuable in relation to the wireless industry. In all my experiences here the leadership team is responsive to calls, emails, and in-person visits from employees, partners, and customers. They genuinely appreciate the feedback, thoughts, and opinions and address any suggestions, issues, or concerns in a professional and respectful manner. We are truly a global company, we own/operate our own MNO in Europe (which is beneficial for US customers looking to conduct international business particularly in the EU).

Cons

The company has been through a massive transformation. The culture, vision, and structure of the company are quite different from the previous era. Most employees seem to embrace the changes, but some tend to struggle with the transformation in our people, technology, operating procedures, and overall structure.
