Pros

you will get your salary on time

Cons

Unprofessional and messy to the limits. New day, new priority shift that will put your role under question. Start looking for something better immediately after getting an offer as turnover rate is BIG. No business etiquette, best practices, or processes. No work-life balance. Manipulative management and company "policy". Toxic environment. I didn't enjoy working here, didn't learn anything, and cannot recommend it to anyone

Pros

Wursta was a supportive environment cultivated by management and colleagues alike. There was a strong emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, creating a sense of camaraderie among the team. Wursta's results and outputs were a result of creative thinking and hard work. Overall my experience was positive and I had opportunities to learn and grow.

Cons

I was there long enough to take advantage of the great new office!

Pros

You're deep in the trenches in a dramatic and toxic environment with coworkers, this makes for camaraderie and friendship.

Cons

It all comes down from the top. The CEO does not know how to run a company of this size, has a huge ego that drives all of his decisions, and doesn't seek counsel or take advice from anyone. He is manipulative and talks behind the back of employees, his actions create chaos and he thinks he knows how to do every job at the company better than the people who have devoted their careers to their craft. He is inappropriate, he wants his employees to drink and uses sexual innuendo regularly. He is unprofessional, doesn't communicate well, and doesn't recognize the value or expertise of others. He plays favorites to an illegal discriminatory level and has no backbone. He doesn't stand up to his own employees who are rude or unprofessional, he permits this type of behavior and it is poison to company culture.
