Pros

- Great leadership. Understanding, empathetic, growth-focused, and caring overall - Competitive packages - Full subsidies on meals, transport, medical, health insurance, internet and telephone bills - Company-provided subscriptions for learning platforms like Coursera, Udemy, etc., and all-paid-for certifications. - Growth-focused one-on-one consultations from manager to team and from HR to the team. - Flexible hours, flexible hybrid modality - Unlimited sick leaves, flexible other leaves - Focused diversity and inclusion across the teams

Cons

- Pay-hike largely depends on the client's pay increase - Too good to leave once you decide to move on

Pros

Flexibility, decent benefits, competitive pay, remote work

Cons

Just like any agency, if a client pulls an account or the C-Suite decides to cut budgets, everyone is on the chopping block.

Pros

Not one good thing in this company

Cons

Everything. worst culture, back stabbers, employees are just a number to them, dishonest, no organization, my first week of the job the manager that hired me was talking about leaving work because they can’t do it anymore (so why did you hire me). No training and expect you to just simply know things without them even explaining it to you not once. Worked there for almost 4 years not one person I knew or knew of was ever promoted zero growth opportunities. The company itself does not encourage growth they just want everyone to do a job and stain that job for 30 years 40 years they don’t care at all.
