      1. No transparency in HR dept. 2. No proper execution of any new or old policy 3. HRs are never there to help with your problems 4. Old employees are useless and seems like are there from nepotism.

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
