      - Low salaries - Constant fear of getting fire - Making people sign documents that are illegal - People being called "stupid" - Awful and old-fashioned Management

      Serious company with serious interest about the employee and their wellbeing.

      Cons

      I had an amazing experience, I used to tell people Wunderman is wonderful. I wished I had stayed instead of running after the cool sexy brand that ended up being not that cool after all.

      Company culture is great Good vibes Nice people Unlimited PTO Promoting from within is a priority great leadership

      Cons

      Not many holidays off but unlimited PTO can make up for that Raises are not often or not by significant amounts unless switching roles
