Pros
Great work environment with a LOT of talented people. Company structured well, and you get the support you need. There is some freedom in you're good enough with CAD.
Cons
Penny pinching, and excessive workload at times. Projects are handled by too many hands. Management seems to have lost touch with what's happening in design. Very few if any design meetings and progress reports. Micromanaging seems to be implemented by managers and interferes with productivity. Management makes late changes making more work and eating up budget.
