Pros
* free gym * some staff are great to work with
Cons
Working for Wren will end your career before it's even begun. Expect: * to be paid less than the going rate * to get criticised and bad mouthed by your manager to your team mates behind your back * to work a minimum of 40 hours and get funny looks and comments by your manager if you leave on time * a poor work to personal life ratio * your manager to not have had any managerial training * your manager to be a narcissist * not to be able to take half day holidays (even though the systems lets you) * to be micro managed * not to be supported * to only getting somewhere if you are a 'teachers pet' * to be told that good things are coming soon but no date is ever given so you are effectively strung along forevermore * to be doing tasks well above your pay grade and job description * to become stressed and have the life sucked out of you * to work for a manager that will make someone (that shouldn't be a manager as per their job role and that is of the same level as you) "manage" you and set your targets/career path who don't have any real experience themselves in the field you are working in and make really poor decisions based on how jealous they are of your progress * to be nothing but a number and treated as such
