Pay can be fair, but the ranges are all over the place - new people are brought in higher than those tenured.
Cons
Most disorganized company I have worked for. Poor on-boarding, confused leadership, technology and infrastructure severely lacking. C-Suite are figure heads. The company is slowly going out of business, as shown by many recent layoffs.
