The inside sales team is based in New York City and continues to grow supporting month over month business growth across weekdays, weekends and evenings. Compensation for the inside sales team is based on sales as well as being a commission based plan. With continual growth, it is beneficial to discuss commission opportunities and other incentive plans for the team. Worthy encourages its employees to provide feedback on commission policies so we can continually learn how best to incentivize the team in meaningful ways. Worthy is a diverse, supportive workplace. We work hard, have fun and are creating a balanced work-life environment for all employees
