Stable company where you can work for years without risk of any lay off, except some rare cases.
Cons
After years or M&A the company is trying to survive through reorganization, which go one by one. The current focus is on org. and tech. optimization and cost savings, rather than on new products or markets enablement. This makes sense, but also brings problems. With such attempts to survive as a single corporation, particular businesses losing their market positions and clients without fuel.
