Pros

Good people, great culture, work is fun. High level of transparency by management and that trickles down. They also always do right by the customer.

Cons

Everything was great until I got sick. Instead of helping find another job in another department, they put me in a pip. I really thought I was going to work there enticement, but that didn’t happen

Thank you. Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are specifically intended to provide constructive feedback and guidance to help an employee improve in their role. They have no correlation to an employee’s health condition. If an employee requires an accommodation due to a health condition, they can request this through HR. Extended leaves of absence may also be requested with HR. Thanks again and we wish you the best.

Pros

Remote work was nice. Pay and benefits were decent.

Cons

- Toxic, toxic, toxic - Zero work life balance - Lots of back stabbing going on. Too many management changes. Everyone has to claw for things in a negative way to get anywhere. - Bro culture and a company founder who prays and preaches at company meetings? That should NEVER happen. - No inclusivity. They say DEI is important but when the leaders are praying and seemingly right wing that doesn't reflect. - "Great Place to Work" is a total scam. They basically make you do it, talk about it constantly, remind you to take the surveys, even say how to rate. It's disingenuous. - Over-worked and ran PM's too thin, then when you get too burned out to do your job effectively you're not supported. I was running multiple projects during the day and had another project that required 12 am, 2am meetings as it was an Asian customer. I had no balance, no sleep, zero support. Instead of mitigating it, they wrote me up because I forgot something trivial (so trivial I don't even remember what it was). I was so stressed my hair literally fell out! I was so grateful to have another company headhunt me so that I could quit. TOXIC!
