Office workers treated well regardless of what they do. Logistics warehouse workers always end up responsible for carrying out poorly planned decisions from said office. The company is loosing its core values from the top spiraling downwards because of its growth decisions regardless of impact on its employees. I see more and more long term employees leaving because new budgeting and executive goals dont align with the idea of proper raises or moving up in position. Long term Employees seem to make about as much as the new ones some how. The words lateral move are thrown at hard working employees to add responsibility, expectations, and work load without actually paying them more for any of it. WWT leadership is loosing its rigor and discipline around truly making sure their employees are taken care of because right now company growth goals are #1, reputation is #2. Its the same story as so many other companies that grow too big to maintain what it was founded on and it sucked leaving a place I used to cherish as much as my own home.
