Pros
The pay is decent, if you've worked here several years and fought for increases each year. Some colleagues are incredible humans - but not in management.
Cons
Working here has left me depressed, depleted and disillusioned. No matter how much of yourself you give, it will never be enough, and recognition is virtually nonexistent. All management cares about is numbers, meeting targets. Even if you are struggling, they wish push you until you can't get back up. I wish I could get those few years of my life back - the years before I realized I could leave and do something else. Don't expect anyone to reach a helping hand to you (except for your colleagues, who are great). There is a serious lack of resources. They expect you to do 10 people's job. They force additional duties onto you without additional pay or title update. And I'm skipping many other negative facts. Do yourself a favour and find another occupation, if you are able to do so.
