      The culture has changed drastically since I started here. The culture was made by the people. We used to have amazing people here but everyone left by either being forced out or left on their own because this place has become toxic. The changes in leadership has a lot to do with this. I don’t have any respect for anyone leading this company anymore.

      Friendly people, fun culture, great benefits, clean and beautiful office, great security, efficient IT team, dedicated to company values, professionally fulfilling environment.

      People are wonderful. Work is easy

      Cons

      C levels and up are out of touch with their people. When you have several senior managers and tenured employees leaving during a 6 month period maybe it's time to take a look in the mirror. We had an employee appreciation week but I don't know a single person who felt appreciated. And of course they think RTO will lower the tarrifs and bring more ships into port.
