The team have each other's back and offer full support to each other. The company offers a bonus scheme and supports work from home opportunities.
Cons
The work from home opportunity is based on your success in the role, and is often changed on a weekly basis if there are Experience Days offered to potential franchises. Managers tend to micro manage the advisors, and seems to be limited to how you fit into their ideal of a model employee. The franchises are the main focus of the business, and are allowed to dictate how the staff are responded to, their demands are often unreasonable. Too much conflict with other departments, and delays in responses from them to be able to resolve ongoing issues with customers accounts.
