Pros
The people that you work with always are the best reason to work anywhere. If it wasn't for my co-workers I would have gone insane. I enjoyed what I was doing working with wine/beer and providing recommendations for customers. They have an interesting niches in the marketplaces and it always seems that people are excited about the store. Decent benefit package.
Cons
Team is taken to a whole new level when you actually do someone else's job and are required to do it. Staffing is at an all tie minimum and hours to be had are sparse. I was hired for one thing, and basically did another for 75% of the time.
