CEO really cares, even as an intern I felt like I had a voice in the company.

Difficult industry to work in

casual work wear daily, stocked kitchen, nice offices.

Horrible management, from mid to upper. They do not know how to manage people or their resources. Some in management are not qualified and drive employees away. No growth opportunity, no cross training, upper management making large salaries need to be shed. Hypocritical in their management style. Mission statement is shaky at best. They don't value employees, high turnover. Had a great core business and then they went off track purchasing companies that contradict the main core business model. A large majority of everyone's job there is working through the jungle of systems that do not interact and are extremely cumbersome and is a labyrinth of bandaid fixes upon bandaid fix. The separate offices are not united and each run things differently. A very messy disorganized place.
