      International exposure Bright colleagues who want to change the world and come from very different backgrounds Very dynamic

      Cons

      Very bad team management, some senior managers have been at the Forum all their career and have no idea how to manage people in a positive way. It is extremely top-down No defined career plan Difficult work life balance

      Pros

      This organization is constantly evolving but I think generally in the right direction. Great place for those who strive in unstructured environments.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and you have to enjoy travel.

      Great exposure to ideas, good broad experience that can be applied to other jobs

      Cons

      Lots of infighting at the top, leaks down to lower levels. The Forum makes poor hiring decisions and teams suffer.
